We are confident in the quality and reliability of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your print(s), you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the print's purchase price.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
You are responsible for return shipping costs.
Of course, on the rare occasion that your art is damaged on arrival, we will immediately ship an identical replacement to you at no charge.
Returns are Easy
Fill out the return information on the back of your packing slip and send it back with your item.
Keep the order number for your records – it will be used to reference your order if you call us.
Use of the original packing materials is required when returning your order.
Once we receive your return we will refund your card for the price of the print.
Items that arrive damaged should be immediately reported to ImageLab Returns. In order to process damaged items, please report any damage caused during shipping to email@example.com as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days. Please include your order number for quicker processing. A customer service representative will contact you with further instructions. ImageLab is not responsible and will not replace unreported damaged items that are older than 30 days from receipt of product.
