ImageLab Shipping & Delivery Policy
Standard Delivery Information
Your order will be shipped out in special ImageLab packaging. Our handling and shipping charge is currently charged at a flat rate of ₪49 for express delivery within Israel and ₪120 for international delivery. A local postage option via the regular mail service is also available and costs ₪28.
Your order will be delivered to your local Post Office within 7-14 working days (for delivery within Israel) or within two to four weeks (for international delivery).*
When your order is dispatched you will receive an email with your tracking number. The parcel can be tracked via this link.
You will only be able to track the parcel once it is scanned by Israel Post.
You can collect from the post office by taking the notice and either your Identity Card or your passport.
*Exceptions apply - Please allow extra days for local holidays, international national holidays, weekends and sale time.
How will my item be shipped?
All items are carefully packaged in sturdy reinforced (damage proof) cardboard mailing tubes designed to protect your print while in transit from our facilities to your address. Typically (though not in all cases), EMS (Express Mail Service – the guaranteed worldwide courier service, an international expedited shipping option offered by the Israel Postal Company and 200 postal administrations worldwide) will be handling your packages. We reserve the right to change shipping partners as we determine (eg. international shipments, etc).
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Delivery time equals processing time plus shipping time.

* We may outsource some order items and they take longer to fulfill.

*Our delivery estimates allow for processing time in customs. However, ImageLab cannot guarantee international shipping times due to differences in each country's customs office and the shipment's final destination.
Can I ship to a P.O. Box?
Not at this time. Our carrier requires a physical street address.
What about international import duties?
Most shipments will not incur any extra charges. However, shipments of a high value may be subject to import duties and taxes.
The international shipping charges do not include the applicable import duties or taxes that are due upon entry into the destination country. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid at the time of delivery. You will be responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with state and federal government import regulations. In particular please note that all shipments to destinations outside of Israel may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by the importing country at the time the shipment arrives in your country. All applicable duties, fees and any additional charges for customs clearance are your, our customer’s, responsibility.
What if my item is damaged when it arrives?
Items that arrive damaged should be immediately reported to ImageLab Returns. In order to process damaged items, please report any damage caused during shipping to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, preferably within 14 days. Please include your order number for quicker processing. A customer service representative will contact you with further instructions. ImageLab is not responsible and will not replace unreported damaged items that are older than 30 days from receipt of product.
We are confident in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund on the price of the item. To return it to us, please pack it in the original packaging and include the completed Return Form. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
